Junior Innovation Consultant (m/f/d)

Your mission
  • Innovation consulting for existing and new customers
  • Search for suitable funding opportunities
  • Participation in the entire application process
  • Organization and follow-up of meetings
  • Support in writing the draft application together with the clients
  • Support in the preparation and finalisation of high-quality applications at national and international (EU) level
  • Adaptation and provision of ARTTIC methods and tools to research projects
  • Project management for innovation and research projects, especially in the EU research framework program (Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe)
Your profile
  • Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably technical studies (MINT) or MBA / comparable studies
  • 1-2 years of work experience
  • Demonstrable affinity with technology and/or IT, innovation and research
  • Experience writing or developing grant proposals is a plus
  • Project management knowledge/experience/training advantageous
Your background
  • Excellent writing skills – Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • German at native speaker level
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Innovationsberatung für bestehende und neue Kunden
  • Suche nach geeigneten Fördermöglichkeiten
  • Mitwirkung im gesamten Antragsprozess
  • Organisation und Nachbereitung von Meetings
  • Unterstützung beim Verfassen des Antragsentwurfs gemeinsam mit den Kunden
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Finalisierung qualitativ hochwertiger Anträge auf nationaler und internationaler (EU) Ebene
  • Anpassung und Bereitstellung der ARTTIC-Methoden und -Werkzeuge an Forschungsprojekte
  • Projektmanagement bei Innovations- und Forschungsprojekten, insbesondere im EU Forschungsrahmenprogramm (Horizon 2020 und Horizon Europe) 
Ihr Profil
  • Master oder gleichwertiger Abschluss, vorzugsweise technisches Studium (MINT) oder MBA / vergleichbares Studium
  • 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Nachweisbare Affinität zu Technologie und/oder IT, Innovation und Forschung
  • Erfahrung im Schreiben oder Entwickeln von Fördermittelanträgen ist ein Plus
  • Projektmanagement-Wissen/-Erfahrung/-Ausbildung von Vorteil

  • Ausgezeichnete Schreibfertigkeit – Ausgezeichnete analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
